Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I'm so glad we chose this emergency room. The doctor was great and through. He took the time to really explain things to us and answer our questions. The nursing staff was kind, helpful, and caring. And the building is new, beautiful, and clean. We ended up paying out of pocket and the pricing was much better than we had feared.

I hope we never have an emergency again and need to go to any ER but if we do I'm coming right back here.

This was by far my best ER experience. Walking in didn’t feel like I was at the ER, I felt like I was at a hotel😀.. the doctor was patient and attentive, nurse/front desk was very nice. I will recommend to my friends and family.

Awesome service all the way around, from the front desk registration to the back. Caring nurse, knowledgeable doctor and kind radiology person. Clean, comfortable facility with flat screen TV in patient room that makes wait between procedures easier. Quick and friendly service. I left feeling so much better mentally and physically.

Great experience! Dr. Kene was very helpful and thorough in his treatment, taking care to describe the procedures he was doing and what to expect. He also took the time to answer all my questions and explain next steps fully. Wonderful bedside manner! The whole staff is kind and meticulous about each step of the process, including setting up follow-ups with specialty clinics. Having lived in Houston for over a decade, I would highly recommend this ER over the many others in the area!

The staff here is very professional! I was seen quickly and felt adequately taken care of. The environment was quiet and clean. The front desk, nurse, and doctor were all kind and thorough. Should I ever need to be seen again, I will definitely come here.

I took my dad here for his back and hip pain. The staffs are absolutely best. We got treated right away. They move fast, efficiently and incredibly caring. They almost over checking us though out the visit. If you have an emergency consider visit them. You will be taken care off.

The care was outstanding all the way from start to finish. The Doctor put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. My Son is always scared to go to the doctor they really did a great job calming him down. Cameron, Clint and Dr. Kene made him feel very comfortable. The support from the staff was very professional and pleasant. The facility was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. The check in process to check out was very easy and fast. We will highly recommend. Great JOB !!!

I brought my wife here because she was having horrible ear pain. It was a very late night visit. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were really nice, professional and funny. They took care of us really fast. I believe we were out of here in less than an hour. The doctor was very knowledgeable about the problems we were having and gave us tips about other things for the future. I personally had kind of given up on doctors and I try to avoid them but now I know where to come if I personally have a problem. Thank you so much and you have no idea how much it means to us that you treated us above and beyond .
